Unlike flight schools, we are not a training provider—we are a specialized job placement consultancy working directly with airlines and recognized Type Rating Training Organizations (TRTOs) worldwide.
We do not engage in open advertising for confidentiality reasons. However, once a year, we launch a worldwide open pilot application campaign as part of our global outreach. This campaign is managed by a single, specialized marketing agency, which uses strict filters to identify and invite suitable candidates. Invitations may be extended to selected aviation universities and, in some cases, through vetted online platforms found only via Google search.
Many pilots prefer to keep their career moves discreet, particularly due to the sensitivities around “pay-to-fly” programs and the potential for discrimination. To protect our candidates and maintain their privacy, we avoid public exposure.
Additionally, please be aware that any social media accounts or online forum profiles claiming to represent Leads Aviation are not genuine. We do not operate or authorize any presence on social media or public forums. These accounts do not belong to Leads Aviation and do not reflect our company, our clients, or our candidates.
To ensure credibility and transparency, we follow a two-way verification process with every client and applicant. This involves real-time video meetings at key stages of the process, including:

* The pilot applicant
* The designated country manager
* Representatives from the training institution or airline involved (when applicable)

These meetings ensure full alignment, legitimacy, and clarity for all parties.
Most of our placements are made through trusted referrals from our network of partner TRTOs. For applicants outside of this network, we connect them with the appropriate country manager to begin the application process with Leads Aviation.
This selective, confidential approach allows us to maintain the highest standards, protect our pilots' reputations, and uphold successful partnerships with major airlines such as Turkish Airlines and other globally recognized aviation organizations.
